Becoming a new mom is a remarkable chapter in a woman's life, offering a rare opportunity to focus solely on family. However, many find that the most challenging aspects of parenting emerge after the newborn phase has passed. If you’ve felt disconnected or as though you’ve lost touch with what makes you feel whole and fulfilled since becoming a mother, you’re not alone.
