Quality Supervision, Engagement, & Play

Our part-time services still offer the security, routine, and educational benefits of a full-time center. We follow guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Florida Department of Early Education, and Palm Beach County of Public Health.

Our staff is CPR, First Aid, and AED certified. We require screenings and background checks for staff. Our supervision provides child-friendly design, a low teacher to child ratio, and activities that are developmentally appropriate based on age.

What do we prioritize?

  • Ensuring safety

  • Promoting health and happiness

  • Providing comfort and creativity

  • Maximizing flexibility by allowing choice

  • Building knowledge and age appropriate skills

  • Self-paced learning

  • Artistic exploration and mindfulness

The Child & Co. team encourages healthy emotional, social, and cognitive skills (manners and cooperation) during interactions. We pride ourselves on the fact that we’re not babysitters, our staff is trained in safety and early childhood education.

Our goal is to be an extension of community and family to your children. Our staff implement imagination, hands-on movement, and active listening to nurture and teach your children.

  • For the safety of all our children, we ask that parents agree that their children are in good health before using our services.

  • Our team will develop a plan with your family to make this process as comfortable as possible. We encourage you to visit our space and meet our teachers prior to your visit. This can help your little one know what to expect. Our team is trained on techniques to support a positive transition.

  • We pride ourself on offering convenient options to communicate with our members. Through our website’s members area and mobile app, you will be able to receive messages from staff and photos of your child. We also ask parents to provide some quick information about their child’s day when transitioning. This allows us to be in better tune with their mood and behavior while in our supervision.

We highly suggest scheduling a tour and meet and greet. It’s during that time we’ll go over the specifics like:
